My Passion
I have been a chef for the last 20 years. I continue to work full-time and try to live my life as full as I can as I fight Kidney Disease every day. Although my days are filled with pain, I do my best to work through it the best I can. My nights are spent connected to the dialysis machine for 10 hours. Despite this, I try to be as positive as possible. I try not to let it get me down. I keep putting one foot in front of the other, always moving forward. My passion for making people happy through food is one of the many reasons I fight to get out of bed every day. I have so much to live for. I love and embrace life. I have a beautiful 12-year old daughter, Giuliana, who spiritually and emotionally gets me out of bed every day. Living for her makes me a better human being who loves everyone unconditionally. We have amazing conversations about life, TikTok videos, and why she doesn’t like dancing with me (lol). She loves learning how to cook. I would like to continue all of this and more with her. I want to give her the life and love she deserves. There is nothing I would not do to make her life better.
